CMYK Color Process

Four-Color Process printing allows for reproduction of color photographs and illustrations.

Screen-printed on your choice of pressure-sensitive White Vinyl, White Static, Clear Static or Clear Polyester. Please specify material when ordering. Specify face or back application on clear materials. Other materials are available - write for pricing.
OPTIONAL SERVICES:
Color Match:  Color Match: Add $30.00 (E) per color to be matched.
Copy Changes: Copy Changes are available at the combined quantity price plus $21 (net) per each change. Size and colors must be the same on the entire order. Each change must be in multiples of 25. Available on sizes up to 175 square inches.
Die Cutting: No additional charge for decals with square corners. No charge for circles every 1/2" diameter or for repeat orders. On all others add: $128.00 (D).
Numbering: Consecutive Numbering is available - write for pricing.
To Determine Price:
Multiply the length of the decal by the height to determine square inches. On the chart below, find the "4-Color Process" price that corresponds to your desired quantity. If necessary add the cost for each additional spot color that is needed.
Guidelines for Artwork: Thin lines, text or large backgrounds should be printed as solid process or single spot colors. White text should be created with a fifth color of white (Additional charges will apply) or reversed from a single solid color. Silk-screen, four-color process printing does not allow for precise color corrections. Bleeds should be preset to extend 1/8" beyond intended cut margin.

Art Preparation: Supply a computer disk using acceptable software applications (See Formats). Add $190.00 (G) set-up for new orders. Provide a color proof showing "true" color. If a color proof is not available, add $60.00 (G).
Remember: White is a color on transparent decals. White must be printed behind 4-Color Process on all clear materials. Add an additional color.
